Given our wide-ranging services, individuals may gain a deeper understanding of video and audio production, artist management, social media marketing, booking, publishing, and many more essential verticals of the independent market.

For aspiring producers/engineers, our internship at DREAMLAND provides individuals with the opportunity to obtain real hands-on, in the studio experience. For others, our internships provide on-the-job training by allowing interns to shadow industry professionals in a variety of industry tasks. Every intern is assigned to a special project that will both assist them in increasing their understanding of how the entertainment world operates, while aiding those projects in addressing specific business needs.
We value our interns at DREAMLAND, as such we are also developing an educational program including first hand interaction with our staff and vast network of industry professionals to ensure a mutually rewarding experience.
